BACKGROUND INFORMATION Italian comedian and photographer Giada Garofalo has been performing stand-up comedy since September 2008. Drawing on her life, her condition of outsider in the UK and her passion for politics, she characterises her act by delivering her material with a funny idiosyncratic angle. Her likeability and accessibility on stage makes her a real crowd pleaser. This year Giada has been performing regularly 5 and 10 mins spots in London; clubs where she has performed include The Bath House Comedy Club, Laughing Horse, Round Table, Monkey Business, Comedy CafÃ©, Downstairs at the King’s Head and The Backstage Comedy Club among many.
