Damian started performing in Tokyo in 2006 at open mic nights in ex-pat comedy clubs and was soon doing paid sets and compering at Tokyo Comedy Store. In August 2007 he returned to the UK to work on the London comedy circuit.

After doing various open mic gigs, he has been booked for paid spots at The Bearcat, The Kings Head, The Stand, Bedford Corn Exchange, The Therapy Room, Lonestar Comedy, Bromley Comedy Club, Tenerife Comedy Club, Mirth Control, various university and smaller gigs and regular open spots at established venues including London Comedy Store, The Highlight, Fym Fyg Bar, Jongleurs, Komedia and Banana Cabaret.
